Ana is a mother to 2 incredible kids with the biggest of hearts who grew up in the Philippines and moved to Calgary 4 years ago.
Miss Ana has a degree in Psychology and initially pursued a career in adult performance development in the workplace. When she moved to Canada, yoga found her during a phase of her life when she needed it the most; so she changed career paths to pursue child care with her Level 2 Certificate.
As a mother, Miss Ana has always valued quality and having worked in child care for 2 years, she felt like she wanted to contribute more into children's lives through becoming a kids yoga teacher. She believes that it is such a wonder to be able to see such young children bloom into whatever they want to be with kindness always in tow. It is Miss Ana's personal mission to foster optimism in learning and instill meaningful heart intentions in every child she crosses paths with.

If you could be any superhero, who would it be and what powers would you have?
I love Blossom of the Powerpuff Girls. She is the cutest and kindest. If I were her, I would love to have her microscopic vision. I am very keen to details and having that superpower definitely comes handy!
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
When I was really little I wanted to be a cashier at a store so I could pound on a cash register endlessly and tell everyone "Thanks for shopping!" As I was growing up, I decided that I wanted to be a monk in a monastery because I wanted to live by myself in simplicity and make a difference in people's lives by helping them.
What should every kid know?
Every kid should know that great things started from small beginnings. It is in those modest ideas that breakthroughs stem from and it's up to them to draw inspiration from that and make it into something meaningful. It doesn't have to be big.
Words to live by?
Think kind thoughts, speak kind words and do kind deeds.
